Our Carbon Fibre range includes Twill Fabrics (210P and 240 GSM in 1m and 1.5m widths), Chopped Carbon Fibre Strands (6mm, 12mm, 25mm), Chopped Flat Type fibres, and Multi-Axial Fabric (CBX 300-1270) for multi-directional structural applications.

Twill Weave (2×2)

Plain Weave (1×1)

Frequently Asked Questions

Epoxy resin systems are recommended for carbon fibre lamination for best mechanical properties, low shrinkage, and compatibility. Our Epoxy Laminating Resin Kit with medium-fast hardener provides excellent wet-out of carbon fibre fabrics.

Twill weave (2×2) offers better drapability over complex shapes and the distinctive carbon fibre aesthetic. Plain weave is stiffer and more stable but less conformable. Twill is preferred for curved automotive and marine parts.

Yes, chopped carbon fibre strands can be blended into polyester, epoxy, and PU systems to increase strength, stiffness, and electrical/thermal conductivity in molded composite parts.
